Excellence Programs provide tailored training for critical skill areas. Each program requires the completion of 12 online courses. Participants who successfully complete a program earn 48 hours of continuing education credits as well as NASASPS Certification as a Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP). CHEPs receive a NASASPS certificate and are recognized on the NASASPS website. These 48 hours of continuing education credits may be applied toward a Master of Science degree in Education from Keiser University, a regionally accredited institution. To maintain certification with NASASPS, CHEPs must complete 8 hours of continuing education annually from the AACS Online Training Center (or other NASASPS-approved training providers).
